Hi, I'm Bethany!

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m an elementary school counselor. During my career, I’ve also taught elementary school students and supported teachers through coaching and coordinating curriculum. I’ve had a variety of experiences and they’ve all brought me to these beliefs:

I believe educators have one of the hardest jobs on the planet.
I believe educators want to do their best. (When we know better, we do better.)
I believe educators are our students’ most valuable resource.
I believe educators are exhausted because of managing competing and sometimes impossible priorities.
I believe educators need MORE. More support. More time. And a lot more hugs.
